We have developed a two stage training program for our weekend training sessions. The Stages help us define the process and set expectations for the riders.
The stages of training build on each other and allow us the opportunity to work with each rider on their specific needs. We will apply these stages and do everything we can to improve each rider's ability.

Stage One
Stage One is a technique focused training session that is helpful for riders of all skill levels and abilities. Stage One focuses on specific drills that are designed to perfect the rider's technique and form on the bike. The drills will go from basic to advanced and include start technique. The riders will get to ride outside of the drills inbetween each drill session and will have plenty of time to ride with the technique they learned throughout the day.
Stage Two
Stage Two is a racing focused training session that is designed to give riders the chance to increase their speed on the track just like the professionals. The riders spend the day working on programs desigend for their abilities and what they need to take them to the next level. These programs inclue motos, sprints, starts, and direct compeition with the other riders in the training session.
The riders will apply what they learned in Stage One to the programs run in Stage Two.
