Sign up to join us in Lebanon, MO at the Mizer Family Farm for two days of training! Riders will work on proper riding technique, line selection, and ways to improve their on the bike speed. From basic to advanced technique, motos, sprints, section work, and starts. This is the perfect opportunity to get in a weekend of training that will absolutely benefit your 2025 race season and beyond! We will spend time discussing what kind of work needs to be done both on and off the bike during the off-season.
Plus all kinds of fun stuff to do after the training day is over!
Stage 1 Training will take place on Saturday
- This includes rider evaluation and skill set break down
- Basic to advanced technique drills
- Line selection and start technique
- Section work & full track riding
Stage 2 Training will take place on Sunday
- Warm up motos & technique review
- Full track motos
- Section work - Line selection
- Sprints & race simulation
- Race and mindset discussions

- One Day $200 per rider
- Two Day $375 per rider
